Before You Rent 

You must be aware of and follow the rental restrictions contained in the Casablanca Condominium Declarations which have recently been upheld by the Court and reinforced by a Court Order that clarifies and makes compliance mandatory.

OWNERS WHO DO NOT RENT- what you must do:
If you are an owner that lives in a unit or does not rent your unit to anyone you do not have to do anything. 

NIGHTLY RENTALS - what you must do:
Owners who wish to rent their unit or units on a nightly basis are required to have a "transient rental contract"  with the Designated Rental Agent (DRA) as defined in the Casablanca Condominium Declarations and further clarified by the recent Legal Settlement and Court Order.  No Owner is permitted to rent on a nightly basis without a current Transient Rental Contract. 

MONTHLY RENTALS - what you must do:
Owners who wish to rent monthly are limited to twelve (12) rentals per year as defined in the Casablanca Condominium Declarations and further outlined in the recent Legal Settlement and Court Order. Owners must register all guests and pay the related rental fees before guest arrival.

LONG-TERM and ANNUAL RENTALS - what you must do:
If you rent your unit on a non-transient basis (Long Term defined as 181 days or more) to a tenant you must submit the tenant information and lease for approval and pay a $45 application and approval fee for each long-term rental.

Do not pay the valet parker for parking. Only the Front Desk accepts and authorizes valet parking. Tip the valet parker but DO NOT pay valet runner for valet services
