Owners are required to register all renters, tenants, and guests as defined in the Casablanca Condominium Declarations which were recently reinforced by a Court Order.  Owners who continue to willfully refuse to follow the Condo Declarations risk being reported to the Court and may face serious Financial Sanctions for refusing to follow a court order.

 NEW ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM  responding to the requests of owners who rent multiple units in large volume a new streamlined registration form is now operational.  Owners with Transient Renal Contracts no longer need to book & pay for parking to secure the discounted Schedule A rates. Now Owners can simply register and lock in the parking rate for their renters and the renters pay for parking upon arrival.  Fast & Easy Registration  / No more hassles about parking.  Just lock the rate in for your renter and let the renter pay for valet parking upon arrival.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Owners must register all renters online and that registration goes directly to the CHMC Register Office with a copy to the Front Desk. Every online registration generates a registration invoice.

 

Reservation Invoices are processed four (4) times a day while reservations are received and processed 24/7.  You will receive an invoice for every reservation made online and this invoice must be paid prior to the guest's arrival to avoid the guest having to pay the regular published Front Desk Rates.
