Renter Registration
Owners are required to register all unit occupancy including but not limited to renters, tenants, and guests as defined in the Casablanca Condominium Declarations which were recently reinforced by a Court Order and agreed to by means of the legal settlement between litigants including the Casablanca Condominium Association and other individual condo unit owners, as Defendants, in the litigation. You must pay your invoice at the time of registration. Renters will be denied access to the building when the reservation is unpaid. Please pay your invoice the same day you make your reservation. All unapproved renters will be reported to the City Of Miami Beach Code Compliance for immediate eviction and possible fines up to $10,0000 imposed by the City for owners who violate the City's Transient Ordinances and the Casablanca Condo's rental restrictions.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Owners must register all renters online and that registration goes directly to the CHMC Register Office with a copy to the Front Desk. Every online registration generates a registration invoice.
Reservation Invoices are processed four (4) times a day while reservations are received and processed 24/7. You will receive an invoice for every reservation made online and this invoice must be paid prior to the guest's arrival to avoid the guest having to pay the regular published Front Desk Rates.
