If you are a Condo Owner at the Casablanca we invite you to register your unit with the Front Desk and become part of the NEW PROGRAM to either rent your own unit by contract with the DRA or by joining the New Hotel Program where you get to keep 100% of the rents generated by your room.  All new in 2021

Owners now have two options if they wish to rent their units on a nightly basis at the Casablanca.  As a Casablanca Unit Owner you can contract with the DRA and be independent to rent your unit or units on your own and keep 100% of the rental income generated from your efforts or you can place your unit on the new Hotel Program starting in 2021 and the Hotel will rent your unit for you but you still can rent your own unit when it is available and keep 100% of all room rental revenue regardless of who rents it, you or the Hotel.   Either way, you can self manage or have the Front Desk manage your reservations and booking for you.
