MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Casablanca Condo Owners can request maintenance services online by completing the WORK ORDER FORM below.  The regular labor rate is $45 per hour for most maintenance services offered by CHMC.  All maintenance on rooms contracted with the DRS for Casablanca must also contract with the CHMC Maintenance Department.
