THE HOTEL RENTAL PROGRAM
Owners who do not wish to rent on their own and owners who are unable to secure the required BTR and other insurance and tax documents required to legally rent their units on a transient basis have the option to become part of the CHMC HOTEL RENTAL PROGRAM and receive the room rental revenue less a 10% commission that is paid to the rental agent who manages the rental Unit at the Casablanca. The rental agent books and pays all costs on behalf of the Unit Owner who, at the end of each month, gets paid for the net room rental which is total room rental less the agent's commission. In simple terms, the owner will receive $90 from every $100 collected in room revenue.

The Hotel Rental Program is easy to join, hassle-free, and the best option for owners who prefer to have their unit managed or rented by professionals who can, in most cases, create above average occupancy and rates for the unit owner.

In 2021 the Hotel Rental Program will also secure guaranteed contracts with the world's largest booking engines like Hotel Beds which will allow the unit owner to enjoy a guaranteed base income paid whether the unit is rented or not. - COMING IN 2021
